This could stand alone as is, but it could also lead to a "Blistering" conclusion where she tells her boss to shove it. Gets her passport, & leaves with Bill, dumping dipshit boyfriend? & starts life anew. She also pursues a long buried passion in (dance, art, acting, etc.) fulfilling her inner self! Just letting my mind roam.

Anyway, nicely written, I don't usually give 5* for a one pager, but this one deserves it!
