I had a male friend who rented a house with a large hot tube in the backyard. Behind the house was a four-story apartment building. There were several occasions when there were parties at night and guests thought it would be great to use the tub and everybody stripped down. It was interesting during the next few days how many people came to the door looking for addresses, neighbors or seeking directions so they could check out the occupants of the residence. Even at the local grocery people would come up and introduce themselves as neighbors in the apartment building. My friend laughingly said it certainly was a friendly neighborhood, but he didn't get the looks and smiles I did.
