delete and rewrite this is way to long this needs to be cut up into three or four chapters. most readers here will not read a story longer than three pages because they don't have the time and can't save or bookmark it. delete and cut it up and don't post any more stories this long unless they are in shorter chapters.

You have read the other comment so I will give you mine. The story was long, but some readers here appreciate well developed stories. This one was not a 'quicky' but a good story that a little more detailed then most.

Yes you could have split it into chapters, but it did not need that. I would love to read more about these two, but I think this story is complete. I am hoping you will write more for us. Excellent story thank you

I can't knock the story nor vote on it. I'll have to agree with the one anon that this is too long. The best a writer will get out of me is 4 pages. I appreciate multiple chapters if they're required. But not everyone has time, or can bookmark stories on here for obvious reasons.

This should've been split into 2 or 3 parts.

This story was quite lengthy, However I feel it was very well written. It kept me very interested throughout and kept me surprised with all the interesting twists and turns within. Great story overall its a favorite for me.

What a wonderful story. I felt like strangling him when he only wanted to be friends. I love stories that are about love and friendship. The ones where everyone is fucking everyone are boring. Kudos to you!

As has been said although well written it is much too long to be read in one go. Either condense or put in chapters. Four pages long is about the best five at a stretch (that is literotica pages).

This was a thoughtful, intruiging and romantic story, a very rare find in this genre.

To the posters complaining (very rudely) about the length of the story: all you need to do if you don't have the time or the attention span to read it all in one sitting is to make a note of the page you were on when you stopped, or go to your browser's history list to find the most recent page you read. I woud much prefer that minor inconvenience than having interminable waits between installments which is the case with most of the stories on this site!

...the story held me. It definitely could be (and was) read in a single sitting. If you don't have the ability to read well, then perhaps IT IS too long for you.

Great story; I'm a sucker for happy endings. Would love to see an epilogue written, say three or four years (and kids) later to bring complete closure. How the families were getting on, what happened to that bitch Jennifer that cheated on him, and so forth. Just sayin'...

I have been a member here for awhile and I have to say this is the best and most tasteful story I have as of yet to read here ( I have read a lot!!! ). Please keep writing and maybe you should look into writing A book.

I've been reading stories like this for close to three years. Around two years ago I started writing stories. Despite any skill I may have developed in writing, I bow to your storytelling. This could be a screenplay that wins an Oscar that's how good it is!

This is excellent as literature. A real page-turner if literotica has ever seen one. I agree that it could make a first-rate screenplay. Chris's inner conflicts about loving his cousin are artfully portrayed and really intensify the drama. The mystery is unfolded skillfully. The characters, including even most of the minor ones, are well-developed (Jennifer; Uncle Dave; etc.). (Brad is given as much attention as he deserves.) What's not to like?

Regarding the length - I did initially intend to mention in the opening comments that this is a long-ish story and that those looking for something quick should continue looking. As it happens, in my excitement upon finishing the final draft I neglected to mention that. Sorry about that. I do understand that not everyone has the inclination to read such an involved story on literotica. The story was never meant to be broken into chapters.

I think this story should be published, it has everything a great romance needs and more. You should be proud mr. monkey.

When I read a story I can check at the bottom of the first page and decide if I want to read that much.

I normally don't read in this catagory, I decided to try this and read the entire thing in 1 sitting.

I failed to notice any real killer errors and found the story mesmerizing.

I don't see how to shorten the story without cheapening it.

I've read numerous other longer ones, including ones that did get broken into chapters, and while they can be convenient, having it all together in a single link like this is just simpler and easier. should probably receive utmost recognition for this story! It is so well defined you could say Shakespear himself wrote this! But not being a time-of-shakespear-kind, I could easily say this is better than some of his works, and can easily come close to Romeo and Juliet! You should really stick with your style! You should continue making these long stories! It was by far the best one I have ever read! I was really on the edge already them being cousins, then comes the news about his mother that puts that taste of drama and suspense, then comes the news that Andi gets pregnant! I was seriously falling for the storyline! And when I thought that the twists end there, there comes the news that Andi and Chris were actually brothers and sisters! I was just screaming at my head saying huge compliments to the author for managing to make a story that was so mesmerizing with so many incredible twists to keep you on edge at all times! Then you ended all of those drama with a HUGE BANG by saying that Andiwas actually adopted! WOW! You must be tired of hearing this, but this could easily become a 5 star play! Add in some more story inside(like their childhood, college being separated) and this would be a best selling novel! This is a done story. It is one of those stories that is so graceful and great that adding a sequel will destory it. This is the first time I said this in here, but, please dont make a sequel!

To those who criticize the length - grow the F up and stop your whining. It's easy enough to figure out the page count and decide it's too long for your six year old attention span. Just move on to you preferred stoke vehicle and stop harassing an outstanding writer who has more talent in his little toenail than can be found in your entire body.

Have a problem with plot, characterization or grammar? Those are legitimate criticisms. But too long?...c'mon, man! Not being able to maintain enough concentration to last more than 3 or 4 pages is YOUR problem, not the author's.

Be happy that someone with this much talent is willing to submit such quality work and lets you read it for FREE.

This is a remarkable story, I couldn't stop reading it. I liked that I could sit down and read an excellent story and not have to wait for the next episode. I do not find that makes a better story, it only detracts.

I've read bad stories, I're read good stories and I've read great stories but this, this is just another level on it's own. Started reading at midnight and had to stop at 4 am then continued after waking up and I gotta say it was well worth the time. I really hope that you keep this amazing job.

this is way to long for a one chapter story. if you had brains enough you would have broke it up into thre or four chapters. stories this long only belong in the novels area. Simply put this was a great read. Your patient and descriptive writing is well appreciated. The development of your characters was great, and the building of mystery along with the sexual tension was brilliant. Please keep writing; there is nothing wrong with the length of your story. One of the best things I've ever read, anywhere. I've been writing and reading for thirty years, and know exceptional talent when I see it. I could pick a line or two, at the most, that I might have and editorial comment for, but all in all, WELL DONE!

It was an excellent story. I couldn't read it all in one day since it was long. But it definitely needed editing. At the beginning you got the names mixed up and your grammar and spelling needed some work as well. But all in all it was a very interesting story. With some changes it could have been published and read by the general public.

One of the best stories I have read on this site in a long time. As far as the incest/taboo category stories go it should be in the top listings! Great twists and well written story played out very quickly at the end but it worked for this story. Well done.

I am an old man who has been reading everything from cereal boxes to "war and peace", the good the bad and the ugly for over 70 years. There is a fourth category "the great". This is a great story. It should be published somewhere where you get paid for it. The length? Just right for this story. Keep up the good work. Some publisher is just wetting their pants to find an author of this quality. I really just wish that when finally one of those publishers does find you that I knew who you were so I could get that first published book. This assumes of course that you aren't an already published author and were just trying out a new genre to see how it went. At any rate thanks for a great read and may there be many more.

This is that rare gem, a true love story, that pulls you (the reader) in at the beginning and doesn't let go until the story ends. And the end is a wild ride with more curves than a race track (or so it seems)! To say that I liked it is too little. To say that I loved it is too trite. So read, enjoy, and rejoice.

Of course, this story is not too long. It is masterfully written, and I enjoyed every page. It has its flaws. It is way too weak in erotica; the 'good parts' are GOOD, but there are not nearly enough of them. The plot "twists" were all extremely obviously foreseeable barely halfway through the story. Still, I not only finished it but loved it. The characters are easy to sympathize with, and the writing style is superb. Well done!

You really cultivated a story that led me to think they were half-brother and sister, but you really sprung Andi's adoption on us at just the right time. It's great how they were friends and then got together. The dream Chris had was really interesting although I couldn't figure out the use of the colors. It is cool how how managed to recall all those details, since it was an actual memory. The biggest lesson is that hiding the truth hurts so many and healing only occurs when all know it.

You provided tons of story detail and the dialogues were real and convincing, without being cheapened by excessive nor gratuitous cursing. I thank you for such a well-constructed piece and sincerely hope you'll write another few chapter additions to this if it's possible for you. :)

One of the better stories I have read so far. I like stories where you kind of know how they will end, but you have no idea how they will get there. Honestly, it wasn't until modern science started doing genetic mapping that people even cared about "incest" (It actually takes multiple generations before the chances of getting some genetic disease get high). What I'm getting at is that I could have lived without the whole "adopted" aspect, but I can totally see how it might put some people at ease.

I've been reading on literotica for some time, but only recently made an account. Your writing blew me away. I have loved all different genres of literature my whole life, and I can honestly say that it was sweet and gripping and heartwarming. I have personally known several professionally published authors whose writing was poorer than yours in every way.

As for those who say that it is too long, disregard them completely because they are puling sissies. I read (no, DEVOURED) this story in under half a day. And I will probably do so again just for the pleasure of it. Thank you for gracing us with it.

I think of myself as a very stoic man, but this story had me in tears by the end. Keep writing such good stories.

In the beginning I was afraid it would be a bit too long, after 2 pages I couldn't stop reading and kept going far into the night. Som places you had me to tears other places I was strugeling to contain my laughter. But it was a WASTE OF TIME. When you decided that Andrea was adopted you killed my passion. Now they was just two ordenary people that loved each other, and they simply forgot all about theire past. The reason why I read stories with the topic incest/taboo is because of the type of romance that kind of relationship gives. I love the buildup and the intimacy that that kind of relationship have, and don't get me wrong, you hade a good buildup, but be so kind and post youre stories in a more relevant section next time so that I don't waste an other night of sleep. This story belongs in the category "romance".

Gifted author for sure! I also have never felt compelled to leave a comment before, but this story was so well written I couldn't put it down. I could vividly picture the camp and all other places the author took us as I was reading. The only thing I didn't like was that it had to end.

My complaint was it ended to quick or to soon. I was hooked by page 3. Wish you had a further book 2 on it.
