I like the others of this series so much better. I sis like the struggling part though, but never felt like he was in real danger. Actually a read danger of draining would be great!

This one was a bit more plot oriented then the others, and there is nothing wrong with plot.

One thing, though: are these based off of real games? I'm sorry if you have been asked this before. I just felt the need to ask.

This is a truly fantastic series. It seems the quest has been given to the hero and now we must follow him into the 'dark depths' of dungeons and dragons... ;-)

This is the kind of stuff I love. Sadly bobsamade no longer appears to be writing, so this story is the closest thing to his work I have to look forward to. :)
