One I've noticed is the misuse of 'to' instead of 'too'. To is a preposition, too is an adj/adv depending on it's use. One trick for remembering the correct usage is when you want to indicate an over-abundance or 'more' of something, use the to/too with an over abundance of or 'more' 'o's';

ie: too little concentration makes it too hard to think.

The first two 'too's' indicate not enough concentration, then an excess of difficulty, respectively. The 'to' is the start of a prepositional phrase indicating an action. In this case it is thinking, it could be 'to pay attention' or 'to listen'.

Another one I seem to see a lot of on Literotica is the incorrect tense of 'to grind'. I've lost track of the number of times I've seen 'grinded' when the correct term is 'ground'.
