An interesting story with lots of good directions you could pursue. Characters are not "card board" and most significantly they appear true to life. I personally like characters in this Lit category who are mostly " centered" and are not seriously emotionally flawed. Not having enough money is only human! Keep going if you feel the urge.

Max is not a very sympathetic character. Instead of experiencing any angst about this porn business he is perverted from the start. Reminds me of the "Uncle Buck" character on SNL. However, the eroticism level is high. Pretty good.
