A reasonable opening chapter to a rather unlikely story.

i am surprised we get very little emotions from Melanie and she makes hardly any effort to get free which seems very odd. Roberta is the strangest character of all, many hours have gone by and she still thinks all will be well. Oh well will have to see what the next chapter brings.

She should have been used. But that could happen in a later chapter.
