Now this chapter is better and not so unlikely as the previous chapters. Being drugged and not getting enough sleep can confuse anyone. i even think the idea that idea of a "finder" to be credible, it is just the stupid way that Melanie came to be sold by a "finder" that has spoilt the story so far.

i like Melanie's emotions now that the drug is wearing off and how sorry she is feeling for herself. At last i can say i am looking forward to the next chapter.
