You have to write more, this story was riveting and there is so much more in the ways this could go, just keep it real and don't do something crazy like make the grandma pregnant, and then maybe you can do a multi generation thing

You Have to be careful when writing stories like this. You have called Brian, Sean multiple times. It can be annoying and distract the reader. I also wish you would have drawn out this ending having everyone end up pregnant at the same time was a bit much. Stacy should have ended up pregnant first, from 'honeymoon suite' romp. Dania next by Sean from 'kitchen' romp. Lydia after by Brian from 'Mom/Son' bedroom coupling. Then Sabrina from Brian from 'breakfast 3some with Dania'. All finding out with in a few days of each other over a two week period. Then in discussions to keep family secrets safe, decide moms' 'les marriage' with 'donor's' sperm and then Brian marry Sabrina and Sean marry Dania, all to keep things legal and save face for family business. But in reality all 7 are always together in what ever combo they decide at the time. Working things like this out ahead of time is an important thing for an author to do. keeps things flowing evenly. While, keeping things less confusing for the readers.

I like incest and pregnancy but only when it is wanted. The intimacy, passion and love of the characters for each other is what makes this story so mentally pleasing.
