My only concern/advice, would be to develop the characters more as people. I know nothing about any of these people other than their physical descriptions and sexual prowess.

i.e. What is Scottie studying? What does Mrs. K do for a job? What is the sister like as a person?

I would suggest not trying 2 push Jason with his mom or sister just yet, though it would definitely work for later chapters. Also, don't rush too many other characters, rather build the relationship a little more. Whether that's dom/sub or more emphasis on casual flings is ur choice. A cuckolding scene also seems in order. This is a GREAT series so far, and could include so many different kinks. Please update ASAP

One of the trends I do not understand is for an author to spend the time to build characters in a first chapter and then abandon those characteristics in the next.

Scottie was shy, reticent, reluctant, fairly unsophisticated but teachable in Ch 01. Yet in Ch 02 he is suddenly a sexual master and has a powerful personality. Missus K has remorse, is very reluctant to move further, and seems to hold back in Ch, 01. And then in Ch. 02 she starts recruiting the ladies of the neighbourhood to sample the prowess of Scottie, and her son.

What happened to the build, the added tension, the discovery?

You've got a few stories that your readers are looking for additional chapters or for you to wrap them up. Be kind to your loyal fans. Read this one a few times now and it's always good. Hoping for more.
