Your skills as a writer rival those of a first grader. The sentence and paragraph structures are incredibly poor, the dialogue reads like something from a B-movie from the 1930s at best, and the character development is abysmal.

The subject matter is repulsive. I have no idea why it seems the majority of male writers from the UK think it’s erotic to suffer humiliation and degradation, but you apparently have completely embraced that idea. Too bad. There is a great deal of satisfaction in being a real man instead of a caricature of a sniveling coward that you have conjured up in this “story.” Get some psychological analysis at your earliest opportunity so you can return to full mental health. The therapy may take years, but the sooner you start, the better. Then, for God’s sake, learn how to write before tackling a short story again.

Not a bad first story-everyone has to start somewhere. If, when reading it over again, it dosen't live up to your own standards or tell the story the way it happened sharpen your pencil and start over. I like to read mine aloud to someone else-it gives me a chance to edit it down.
