man this story is getting better as it progresses,I can't wait for pt 03
with talent can do? K.K. is giving us a quality story. Thanks!
That this story is going to be posted on consecutive days until it is concluded. You've literally got me on the edge of my seat.
And a quick thought on the writing style. If anyone's ever read an Elmore Leonard thriller--Get Shorty, 52 Pick-Up, and so on--it is incredible how close this is to one of them. Granted, there's the mystery that's typically not present in an Elmore Leonard book, but the dialogue--particularly between the gangsters--is both funny and chilling. That's damned near impossible to do while still making it sound natural.
Bravo!
Great story and just getting better as you go, can't wait for the next installment. Love your stories......Thanks.
erotic if you are an US gun fetichist otherwise I can't see anything erotic besides some moron is into fucking a woman who lies in a coma
is place an anonymous call to the RPD saying that Holly was in grave danger and then hung up the phone. No time to trace it and the cops would be look out for her. Why are men it these stories so dumb.
The charges against him are ridiculous, the cops car camera would have seen who really shot him. The ballistics would show it's not from a gun he owns, oh and HE doesn't own any guns.
I know you're trying to write a slick noir type mystery, but I'm not feeling it here. The thugs are dumb, the cops are dumb, and hubby is just going from one lame set up to another.
I don't think Detective Olsen was in a cop car, so there wouldn't have been a cop camera. Plus he's out cold and all the cops know is that he was meeting Tom, with probably news that his prints were on the gun that was used to shoot Holly.
Surely he has some friends who can approach the police and explain the situation?
Maybe even a lawyer?
Not wasting any more of my time reading this CRAP.
Keeping the interest up. What is the wife into. This may be worth reading.
It's a drama, but it's also hilarious. What does Holly have to do with Big Tony?
