All I want to know is the location of the flight waiting room with cushions on the chairs and benches in Bagram. I had 3 years of sitting on pallets and my own kit waiting for help transport for days on end ! (New Century SME attached to USMC)

I thought it was a pretty good yarn. Some more sex would have been just peachy. It's clear you get the military (duh, from your handle). May I suggest reading my two stories at rearden_steel_2? (I'm Army and they are written from that perspective too).
