Liked the concept of the story although it is really similar to other "resort" stories on here. As others have commented, the grammatical errors make it really distracting. Also, perhaps a newbit mistake but you used Dan and Daniel for two different people (I think), I can't say much though as I used two similar sounding names in my first publication.
