Highly unrealistic, the only realistic part was the milk coming in a few days after birth. JhMcKn milk comes in between 2-4 days after birth colostrum is produced in the first few days before the milk comes in. It's a decent read to quickly get off to but I agree with another poster about her breasts. I'm a 38 F, was a 38 I when breastfeeding those bras were fucking expensive and not cute.
