Enormity does not mean what you think it does...

It means: "The great or extreme scale, seriousness, or extent of something perceived as bad or morally wrong."

Of course several zillion misuses of the word have meant that soon it will be a synonym for "great size", or "enormousness". In the meantime I was jarred out of a sweet story by that word choice.

Oh well, back to the grindstone.

Knowing how many people kill themselves when they come out it touches me to know that if the right person was there to save them they would still be with us. Hannah was lucky to find the right person to save her and realize ending her life was not worth it but instead to leave that ledge to find comfort in someone who valued her life. I give it a million stars and a million more to those who left this earth to soon for choosing to come out.

Ahem...

According to the Random House Dictionary (at Dictionary.com): "greatness of size, scope, extent, or influence; immensity." Used correctly.

And thanks to everyone who's heaped such kind praise upon the story!

Superb.

It was heartfelt and spell-bindingly well-written. The accuracy of Natalie's assessment was spot-on. Guardian angel or not, she did the same job and did it verrry well.

p.s.

I liked you Ahem reply. Well done.

Very sweet

Even though you could see what was going happen, it still brought a tear to my eye. Well done!

WOW!

So sweet - If every girl who found themselves in Hanna's situation, had someone like Natalie to sensually hypnotize them back again from that edge, can you imagine the change in the statistics? **AWESOME**

Comforting

Easy to follow, and comforting to know that there are still people who have a good and caring heart.
