Good story, keep it coming. Oh, and don't worry about your english, there are plenty of writers on here who do a much better job of mangling the language than you do, even though it is their first or only language. If you hadn't mentioned it, I probably wouldn't have noticed. If you are really bothered by it, get yourself a good editor for whom english is the first tongue.

BTW your command of English is excellent. Even if grammar and wording slip away from you from time to time.

I enjoyed reading the story, it is now 15 years back you pubished it here, but a good story and its characters never get old!

The only thing missing is an end. Do you maybe still have it in your sleeve like for the Appartment story?
