Not sure about the fairness of the wife's revenge or the fairness of the adjusted marriage they have. If she is going to be able to be with any man she wants, why can't he? Unless he doesn't want to be with other women. Still he should have the option. After all she said his 'punishment' for his infidelity was complete, so I would assume they were 'even'.

I liked the story, just didn't like the lack of logic in the wife's suggestion for their future marriage. Oh well. Each to his own. 5 stars in any case.
