I saw at the begining of the story that we could skip this one and go to chapter 2 but there is no chapter 2???

Loved tge storyline about Ava and Karl though. Definetly gave ava's character another dimension.

I can't tell you how thrilled I was with this post. As much as I'm aching for more of Lena and Renz, I love Ava and Karl together. This was wonderful. Thank you! Another 5 Stars from me.

I don't care about this lame B plot. You have such contempt for your audience. How do you recycle the same excuses and not feel an iota of shame? It's not like your work is so amazing it warrants a two year interval between chapters- it's thinly conceived with one dimensional characters and stilted dialogue and the same storylines in every bodice ripper. Yet you insist on insulting those of us who stupidly follow despite rationally knowing we should do better.

I love the subplot of Karl and Ava! As much as I adore Renz, the heavy non-con can get intense, so it's a nice refreshing break to see something lighter. Now I'm perfectly primed for Ch. 2, I hope the wait isn't much longer!

Karl and Ava are so awesome I love to see more from them. I also agree with commenter below, sometimes Renz gets too intense and it's nice to read some fluff. Despite the time it took to get this, I don't get why a lot of people have been such cunts about the whole updating thing, I mean, yes it's awful the wait but truthfully? I've waited yeeeears for some other stories. It's nice to live your life and then have something good return in it. So thanks, for not forgetting, for writing such awesome characters. And yes, I can't wait for chapter 2! This plot is getting juicier!

A beautiful great balance to the last chapters confusingly sad ending. I love the introduction and chemistry of Ava, her lovely children and Karl the Doctor love them in this story
