She and Evelyn talked every week and she'd started to call her Mom which Evelyn loved.
6 months later, Demarcus called. "Ben, I want to invite you guys to our show in Boston. We're playing there and we want you to be our guests, backstage passes, the works. I promise that there'll be no sex involved," he laughed.
"Damn, I agree not for Beth, but for me?" he chuckled.
Demarcus laughed, "I could distract B-Girl for a while. You'll have your pick. Some of those Boston babes are gorgeous."

Ambul28 days agoI liked this story a lot. Beth led a very troubled life, and it was made very clear that she loved Ben more than anything. Ben was incredibly mature and accepting of what Beth wanted to do to close a chapter in her life. Ben was not a helpless cuck, but he exuded a very restrained self-confidence that he was doing the right thing, and let Beth decide for herself what her life would be. He did not come across as misogynistic or insisting that it was his way or the highway. He loved her without reservation, and I think he also respected her. This story came across as very mature, if only a fantasy. I found it easy to suspend disbelief.
