I normally don't go for fantasy worlds but made the exception since your series is highly rated. I am someone who appreciates a real story and you have a great start here. It started a bit slow but you had a lot to setup, i stuck with it and am glad I did. You ended it on a proper boundary as well, meaning this first part is a story all to itself, not a cliffhanger. great job, I like mind control and this is a very unique twist on the genre. No judgements from me on the non-con, I can easily separate fictional from real world but I am glad you didn't go page after page gruesomely detailing the rape in the basement. Thanks.

I rarely bother with MC stories as they are too often adolescent nonsense. You have done the ideal SF technique of making one small change to our reality and then run with it. Your writing is literate, your plotting precise. What's not to like?
