Cat continued kissing him, enjoying the urgency she felt from him as he fumbled with the zip on her dress, lowering it and making her gasp as the cool air touched her skin. The dress had been too tight around her body, it had felt like shedding a second skin as he slid it down her body and allowed his hands to roam over bare skin.

Matteo stepped back momentarily to look at her. She wore a white lace, strapless bra and matching thong set. White lace thigh-high's and white stiletto heels. A gold and pearl garter wrapped around one thigh, making him smile that no one had approached him for the elusive piece of the scavenger hunt. Her dark hair had been swept up into an intricate design on top of her head, and her blue eyes were shiny with heat and lust as she gazed at him the same way.

"You're beautiful, wife," Matteo said, his fingers going to the buttons of his shirt.

Cat stepped closer to help. She grabbed the buckle of his belt and loosened it, eager to feel his skin against her skin. After the busy and dramatic day she needed him, needed this time alone with him, no matter how short, just to reconnect.

Matteo picked her up and deposited her on the edge of the bed before kicking off his pants and coming to stand before her.

"See what you do to me, Cat." He told her, his thick cock hovering before her lips.

Holding his gaze, Cat parted her lips and slowly took the head of his cock into her mouth. She watched Matteo's mouth tighten, and his eyes go dark with desire. Her teeth lightly scraped the mushroomed head, her tongue coming out to flick at the tiny hole. She tasted the saltiness of him in the drop of pre-cum that oozed from it. She opened her mouth wider and took more of him in, the flat of her tongue massaging the underside of his thick shaft. She felt his hands thread carefully through her hair, encouraging her to take him deeper.

Matteo looked down at the woman he loved; his wife, and knew he was the luckiest man on earth right at that moment. His knees almost buckled with his need and desire for her. He loved her like he loved no other, and the events of the last two days had made him realise just how precious she was to him.

Cat thrilled at the taste and feel of him. Her hands slid around his hips and gripped his ass. Her fingers kneading and massaging as he began to move with her. She looked up into his eyes as she took him deeply and felt a shiver run through him at his groan. Cat smiled up at him around the tip of the cock that stretched her lips as she slid down the length again. Each time she pulled back her tongue ran along the sensitive ridge just below the head, flicking and fluttering there.

"Oh... fuck!" He moaned when her lips closed over him again, and she took him deep. Her cheeks created a tight suction around him. He stepped back suddenly, drawing deep breaths into his lungs.

Cat looked up, surprised, but moved back on the bed, leaning back and running her hands down her body to play with her pussy in open invitation to him. Matteo leaned down and kissed her. Cat kissed him back, wrapping her arms around him and welcoming his heavy weight on her. He drew his hand down her body, just his fingertips teasing and caressing. Cat widened her legs and he settled between them. She lifted her legs high on his hips, locking them behind his back.

Matteo kissed her forehead, her eyelids, down her nose. A quick kiss on her lips, and then he kissed lower. He licked and nibbled her neck and throat. His tongue trailed down between her breasts. He took one lace covered nipple into his mouth, sucking hard on it, his teeth biting, pulling on it. Cat cried out from the pleasure of it, making him smile as he slipped his hands behind her to unhook her bra, pulling it free and throwing it to the floor. His mouth returned to the uncovered peak. He licked the tip with the flat of his tongue, savouring it. Cat arched her back, offering more of him. Matteo's mouth closed over the stiff peak. He sucked hard. Milking it.

"Matt, please!" Cat cried out, squirming up against him, trying to entice his still rigid cock.

"That's it, baby. Beg me. Beg me to fuck you!" He said hotly, moving on to her other breast.

"Please, Matt. Please, fuck me now!" She whimpered, her head tossing on the pillow.

"Maybe we should get rid of these first," He ran a hand over her lace panties and leaned back and looked down at her flushed face. "Then I'm going to fuck you like only a husband can, wife!"

Cat opened her mouth to speak, but Matteo had moved lower and took that moment to nuzzle her pussy through her panties. His tongue came out and licked at the swollen nub through the material. She cried out and bucked her hips. She felt his fingers move aside the thin material, and then his mouth latched on to her aching clit.

Matteo moved the lace aside and parted her lips in the same movement, revealing the treasured pearl inside. His tongue darted out and licked a circle around it. He sucked it into his mouth, his tongue flicking it.

Cat rocked her hips to get closer. Her hands tangled in his hair, holding him against her. She felt his finger, one long finger, sliding deep inside her, hooking and rubbing, stimulating the sensitive inner walls of her pussy. Her thighs started to quiver as the tension built in her body.

"Come on, Cat. Cum for me, baby. Let me taste all that sweetness!" Matteo murmured encouragement against her tingling flesh. He felt her rock her hips against him faster, and legs shake all the more.

"Matt-ay-oh!" Cat screamed as her orgasm hit her like a thunderbolt, coursing through her body.

Matteo held her and stroked her as she came back down off her high, her body going limp in his arms as he moved back up beside her. He moved to hover over her in a traditional vanilla missionary position and thrust into her, unable to wait any longer to take his wife.

"Fuck, Kitten, you were made for me! Like this and every other way, I can take you! You are perfectly mine!" Matteo buried his head against her neck and began to move inside her.

Cat wrapped her legs high around his waist and tilted her hips, taking him deeper inside her. Her nails lightly scored his back. His chest rubbed against her breasts as he moved within her. She tightened her legs as she felt the tension building again inside her.

Matteo leaned back and knelt between her thighs. He continued to fuck her as his fingers found her clit and began to rub. "Come again for me, Kitten. I want to watch you explode!" he growled, his hips pounding against her. He could feel her pussy walls tightening around him. "That's it, Kitten. Come for me. Now!"

Cat felt the dam burst and shouted out as her orgasm ripped through her. She heard Matteo's answering shout as he came deep inside her milking pussy. He fell on her, his arms wrapping around to hold her tight against him. He mumbled something into her hair.

"What?" she asked.

"Wife of mine," he grinned and rolled off her, pulling her to rest on his chest. "I am a very lucky man, and now I wish I hadn't agreed to have everyone come up here to keep partying."

Cat grumbled as Matteo kissed her awake, murmuring soft promises about coffee once she got up. She smiled as she grumbled, knowing that her lack of sleep was her own fault after staying up long after both Matteo and Ricco had encouraged her to go to bed. She'd been having fun getting to know the other wives and partners of Matteo's friends. She'd never had a lot of friends growing up, and this new world in which she now lived offered her the opportunity, not just to have a family, but to build real friendships and relationships with people who understood what she was dealing with. She didn't have to ask anything to get answers to the questions that plagued her and gnawed at her insecurities as they talked so openly about their lives with each other.

While she already had a relationship with both Peri and Marina, Cat found she truly liked Connie, who reminded her of Peri, and Ally, who seemed to be interested in getting to know Cat properly. Cat found out that, not only was she the youngest of Matteo's friend's wives, she was also the only one who hadn't started a family yet. Cat was reassured by the fact that when she did fall pregnant she would have a wealth of information to call on, although she imagined Theresa would be there for her, as she had been during the wedding preparations. It surprised Cat that she thought of Matteo's parents as her own so easily now.

"If you keep kissing me like that neither of us are going to get out of his bed," Cat grumbled, finally opening her eyes fully.

"You're right," he groaned, checking his watch as if calculating whether it would be worth making them late for the brunch he knew they had to attend this morning. He stood from the bed and bent to pick her up, carrying her into the bathroom before kissing her again. "Shower!" he commanded with a smile before kissing her a last time and moving to walk away.

"Matt?" she asked before he disappeared entirely. "Did Ricco come home at all last night?"

"For an hour or so this morning to shower and change. He's busy, but he'll be at brunch, so shower and change before we're late!" Matteo commanded again, and left her to get ready without any further distractions.

Cat emerged from the bedroom wearing a deep red figure-hugging dress and matching shoes that she thought was possibly a little formal for a family brunch, but Theresa had insisted that she put her best foot forward at the brunch that morning. Red, she had discovered during the wedding preparations, was part of the family history, just as blue was part of the Donati family history. It was evident in their watchmen and the security that had arrived with each family this weekend. Red was not a colour that Cat preferred to wear, but for the family she could wear it to formal occasions where it was important to show her allegiance.

"Good Morning, Mrs. Vitali," Lisa said with a small smile as Cat walked into the kitchen.

"Good morning, Lisa," Cat grinned widely, accepting a hot cup of coffee. "Thank you so much, I feel like I am going to need this today."

"Mr. Vitali is in his office on a call. Would you like something to eat?" Lisa offered.

"No, thank you, I think we will be going down to brunch as soon as Matt finishes his call," Cat shook her head, "The coffee is wonderful and much needed though. How are the new girls working out?"

"Very well, thank you," Lisa said with a cheery note to her voice. "It has made hosting so many people this weekend much easier."

"That's great, because once the Gathering is finished I'm going to need your help with a project," Cat said, startling the woman. "I don't think we'll be back for any meals today," she added as an afterthought.

"I will leave a platter of the treats Master Ricco likes in the refrigerator, just in case you need something light when you return if it is late," Lisa assured Cat.

"That's very thoughtful, thank you," Cat mused, looking at Lisa curiously.

"I enjoy cooking for Master Ricco, he enjoys food. Master Matteo would forget to eat most days, I fear, if someone didn't remind him," she blushed as she spoke, realising it probably sounded like she was criticising her employer.

"Ricco is always hungry, that's for sure," Cat laughed easily. "His metabolism must be amazing for him not to be as big as a house!"

"I enjoy cooking treats for him, I never had the opportunity very often before," she admitted.

"If I described a treat to you, do you think you could make it? I have no idea what it was called, but one of the old ladies in my building used to make them when I was little," Cat asked.

"Quite possibly. Maybe you could write down what you think was in it and I could see what I can find that is similar and we can tweak it from here," Lisa offered helpfully.

"That's great, I think the main ingredient was Weet-Bix, but it was chocolaty, and I think there was coconut or nuts of some kind," Cat tried to remember. "The icing was really thin, not like frosting."

"I think I might know what you are talking about. Leave it with me and I'll see what I can do," she smiled gently and immediately stood straighter, turning back to the sink as Matteo entered the room.

"You look beautiful, as always, Mrs. Vitali," Matteo bent to kiss Cat's cheek. "Are you ready to go?"

"I am. Just let me get my purse, Mr. Vitali," she smiled widely.

They went down to the restaurant with two guards making the elevator seem smaller than usual. They were greeted with a round of applause when they walked in. Cat smiled and blushed, feeling like she should curtsy or something. She looked around as she made her way to their table, being shepherded by Matteo, who guided her with a hand in the small of her back.

"Where is Ricco?" she asked in a whisper as she took her seat.

"He's around somewhere," Matteo said easily as he took his own seat. He turned to look at her and could see the worry in her eyes. "Eat something; I'm sure he'll be here soon. He and Jacobi were dealing with a last-minute issue that came up last night."

Cat looked around, she could see Maryanne sitting with her brothers and sisters, and relaxed, slightly, knowing he wasn't on his own. She was still concerned that she hadn't seen him in over twelve hours, and hated the thought that he was avoiding them because he felt left out at the wedding. The brunch turned into a game of musical chairs as the morning wore on, just as the wedding had, but she continued to look for Ricco, her worry growing.

"Everything okay?" Lucca asked as he came to sit with Cat.

"I'm just..." her breath caught as Ricco walked into the room looking tired and a little dishevelled. "I'm just fine now," Cat said, the relief evident in her voice as she watched him walk into the room toward Matteo and his fathers, who were talking animatedly at a table in one corner of the room.

"I'm pretty sure fine is a word that every guy is scared of hearing from a woman," Lucca chuckled. "You want to tell me what's going on? Maybe I can help."

"Lucca, you truly are the sweetest guy," Cat grinned. "You shouldn't be so worried about me; you need someone special in your life to lavish all your sweetness on."

"I date. I just haven't found the one yet. Matt's lucky he found his one and only, so, while I'm still looking for mine, I'm happy to hang out with you anytime you let me," Lucca said easily.

"I'm the lucky one, I feel like I married the entire family, not just Matteo," she nudged her shoulder against his. "Do you think you could get Ricco to pay some attention to me?"

"Hah, he doesn't need to be asked," Lucca chuckled. "He adores you just as much as your husband does."

"Mm, husband," she grinned and lifted her hand to look at her ring. "It still doesn't seem real; like I'll wake up at any minute and be reminded I don't belong here with your wonderful family."

"Trust me, that's not happening," Lucca tilted his head. "Let's go ambush my brothers and make sure you get the attention you deserve."

"Let's not," she sighed. "They obviously have things to talk about. It just seems like forever since I've talked to Ricco. He came home only for an hour last night while I was asleep, and he looks stressed. I just worry about him, about them both," she amended quickly.

"It's okay, I know what you meant," Lucca said quietly. "I think everyone knows what's happening with you and them." He watched her blush and lower her head. "Trust me, everyone knows why, and it's no big deal."

"Everyone?" she gasped.

"Everyone with half a brain and a set of eyes," he chuckled.

"In that case," she grinned. "I think I will go and tell Ricco not to worry me like this again," she smiled as Lucca raised an eyebrow and looked behind her toward the table where Matteo sat with his parents.

"You were worried about me?" Ricco asked, sliding into the seat beside her.

"Yes," she turned her whole body to face him and leaned forward, kissing him lightly. Despite what Lucca had said, she was still aware that she was newly married, and this man wasn't her husband in the eyes of many people in the room. "Where have you been?"

"Waiting for the food to be served, I'm starving!" Ricco said, helping himself to some croissants and ham from the platters on their table.

"Those eggs will be cold, let me get you some fresh ones," Cat said, watching him.

"No, stay! I've got some coming. Just stay and talk to me while I eat. I missed you last night," he said in a lowered voice, and took her hand, squeezing it. "You really should answer your phone once in a while rather than just using it as a fashion accessory." Ricco chuckled as she gasped and blushed, immediately reaching for her purse.

"I think you wait until you know it's in my purse before texting me," she accused.

"I didn't want to wake you or disturb you and your husband on your wedding night," he laughed, making her blush and smile.

"So beautiful," he murmured in her ear. "Did you miss me?"

"Of course. Where were you?" she asked, realising he hadn't answered her earlier question.

"Vanessa had a small accident on her way home last night. She's fine, Paolo and Zach are with her," he explained.

"She's okay?" Cat asked, not completely sure by the way he spoke.

"She's bruised and a little shaken, but she'll be fine," he reassured Cat. "You can check on her when we head over there after this." He smiled as a waitress brought him a plate of bacon and eggs with two more warm croissants.

"We're going to your father's house?" she asked. "I thought that was just you and your brothers who had to go."

"You think with all the weirdness of the last few days they are going anywhere without you?" Lucca laughed. "Even if you convinced Matteo to leave you here, Papa would insist."

Cat turned in time to see Ricco give a slight shake of his head at Lucca and frowned, turning back to Lucca and studying him. Something else was going on that she didn't know about, and it had to do with Roberto and Stefano.

"I think I'll go and see what my husband is doing, and why he didn't tell me about any of this," she said suspiciously. "You two obviously aren't going to tell me anything."

"Sounds just like me," Ally said from behind her. "Do you mind if I join you?"

"I'll go let Matteo know you want to talk to him," Lucca chuckled, getting up and vacating his chair for Ally. "Here you go, Ally," he held the chair out for her.

"We were talking last night about staying an extra day or two. Mama and Papa don't need us back immediately, and it's rare to get a break from all the usual chaos of family. Matt offered to let us use the house on the hill, if it's okay with you," Ally said.

"Sure," Cat agreed quickly. "We are planning some renovations, but we are only in the planning stages, so it's free for the week, if you want it. It's such a beautiful house, it's a shame we don't use it more often."

"Great, thanks. Maybe you can meet us there if we extend our stay longer than an extra day," Ally said tentatively.

"Gosh, I'd love that, but there is so much family here for the wedding and the other family events this week, I'm not sure we could," Cat said thoughtfully.

"Maybe I'll give Nathanael a call if we can sneak away," Ricco added, seeing that Ally was trying to build a friendship with Cat, just as Nathanael had befriended him over the weekend. This was all part of being a family leader, and he appreciated that the Gambaro family were extending their hands in friendship and alliance so early. The table hadn't even been officially named, but after his conversation with Lucca on Friday, he had no doubt that it was obvious, not only to his family, but all of Matteo's friends who had also been named future leaders of the tables.

"Or you can call me," Ally said to Cat. "I would even appreciate a call to chat now and then once I head home to Perth. We didn't have nearly enough time to get to know each other this weekend. Nathanael speaks so highly of you, I'd love for us to be friends."
