I knew that they were going to screw with Brent through his grandmother. And I don't believe for a second that they will put everything back in place if he walks away. They started a ball rolling and can't afford to back off without losing their own credibility. Sadly evildoers like this exist for real. I hated reading this installment, but I will still give it a high rating. 5/5

I’m still banking on Nana coming through for Ginny in the end, although it looks like a long shot that’s getting longer every day. Poor Brent, held hostage by his love for his grandmother and Max. I sincerely hope Ginny learns how to grow a spine, understanding actions have consequences.

Having had a few hours to digest this, it occurred to me that the best way to fight back against this matriarchy might be to join forces with Quinn if she gets enough backbone to fight for her own life as well. Quinn's relationship with her current boyfriend has been attacked as well. If the two of them combine forces and threaten to reveal everything by going public, then they just might have a chance to turn the tables.
