Michael56Smith10 months agoStill am fascinated by Zeta Telescopii with it's warm Orange Star and a dozen habitable worlds, ... it must have a huge Goldilocks Zone, and I think that it would mean that the star is a Giant, many times our own sun's size: -- the Zeta Telescopii system was a spectacular anomaly amongst the hundreds of systems in the Federation, containing over a dozen habitable planets, each one supporting a thriving Terran colony. I am left wondering if any of those worlds were grouped together, like around a gas Giant as habitable moons, .... And I am also wondering if Mael's terraforming crew was once busy in this system, before Rahn'hagon stirred up all that trouble, .... I imagine if any Maliri terraforming clues were left behind, then the Ashanath (Grays) removed all of the evidence before Terrans took position there, .... ;-) ttfn
Anonymous10 months agoGood story, although towards the end Irillth should not have been so willing to forgive herself for the horrors that were inflicted on her twin. That just happened way too fast. I'm still giving it a 5 though.
Michael56Smith11 months agoOh, and a comment from a year ago by SpeedyP, regarding Rachels age, thinks she should be older: ... well, she was emancipated from Hemry Voss, 16 October 2776, at the age of 16 years old, she spent two years getting her Medical degree (she's a genius), so she was a brand-new 2nd Lt in 2778, when John and Alyssa rescued her, she then turned 19 in 2779, celebrated on Myra's World, with a picnic, ... I do not recall any reference to make me think she was older, ... but then Tef did make Kali Loraleth younger by 4 years, so maybe, ... ;-) ttfn
