I get a number of messages and emails often asking me why I write my characters with such obvious defects. The truth is that I usually base each character on one of my own issues, my insecurities. I take an element of my struggles, magnify it and build a scenario around it. By doing that I feel I can identify with the struggle my characters are having.
It also means that when our main characters stand up and rise above their circumstances that in my own trials I believe that I can do the same.

Anonymous1 day agoAfter such hope and happiness, to be taunted by an old rival that is cruel. To have faith in love despite manufactured/photos hopped evidence is a test of character for both partners. Reject blatant attempts to divide and conquer.
