You aren't a a bad writer, your material is decent... But for god sake, get a proof reader and editor. They are small errors, but they detract from the attention and enjoyment of the writing. Stop rushing and slow down.

As I said in a comment on part 1 the storyline is great and someone leaving you a comment telling you you need to proofread, who can't proof his own comment, just don't listen keep writing it will get better.

The story itself is going great, I anticipate more to come, keep the story going I see so many ways it could go. Waiting to read your next installation of this story.
