i have this feeling that Gabriel and the doctor wants to kill his husband in other to take over the company. I now think that the reason he wants to change his husband surname to his own was because it would give him legal right to take over the companies.

I also think that maybe Gabriel knows about the death of Adrian parents. using Love and marriage to trap Adrian.

I just hope Adrian quickly recovers from his heartbeat when the truth is revealed and finds out who have been serving him a slow poison.
