Excellent Lines ...

I take my memory in savory sips

Between the cheeks and sheet sigh sights

~~

You carried me through on wine sips from sweet liquor lips. To taste oh but a nip. Dare I say you have me thirsting for more? Great form, imagery and a very sad, even sexy ... hot lil read here. I like !!

More More ~!!

Yum

And I didn't even once

Trip over my tongue

In swallowing this

Delicious fare...

Women; Goddesses and the poet

The wines; the aromas the sensations; definitely the pain are all very real. But with lobomao the presence of the myth is just as real and therefore the prospect of meeting the awesome Kali the, Goddess which could bring death but also sustenance to those who trust her, make the existential pain both bearable and tremendously dangerous at the same time. The ambiguity carries of course to the theme of the woman image that may hurt but as Kali herself is essential to life. For sure, it turns the poem (as it usually does with this poet) to both educational and exciting travel into the depth of our own collective most evocative icons. .

Evocative!

An ode to Loves now over and gone but the memories linger on providing a pleasant distraction. Beautiful in its simplicity.

Well Crafted! Enjoyable Read!
