A good tribute

Quite a moving tribute, but I think it tapers off at the end. You might want to consider re-arranging so that you end with these strong lines:

"Then one day she was gone

The chair yearned for its mate

as I listened for her voice in the wind"

Beautifully written

A really lovely piece,

I very much enjoyed the read.

Bleeding hearts wrote their last love letter

Loved that line!

Nice work,

thanks.

His love; she is remembered...

and her memory reflected in everything of beauty and grace in their garden. Sack, this was the gentlest piece of love lost, but still cherished poetry I have seen written here in a while. I will be wistfully sighing the rest of the evening now. Just beautiful! <smile>

Oh My ~

How very touching Sack. I love it. If read very slow it will linger on the mind for days. You paint this picture with such beauty and grace. I wanna hug you, and her. Hoping she has returned and you two are yet again ... peacefully happy ~

Touching.

What an exquisite priviledge to share the sweet intimacy of the relationship of two people in a lovely garden. Like a painting you would enjoy ~ this sweet rendering is so rich in imagery. The affectionate feelings between the two people come shining through. Lovely - delicate - and simply beautiful!
