The author clearly cares more about the races and stereotypes relating to the characters than telling the story. Makes for a boring read.

Obviously, this story hasn't generated a very positive response. I decided to read it as it had been posted for a long time in spite of not getting a high rating. So let me start by saying that the author is an excellent writer. If the social and ethical issues of race in our society weren't an issue, I would have loved this story. The author is obviously aware that he is "treading on thin ice." He skirts around the racial issues by basically using the old "but some of my best friends are Black?" defense. In the end I truly wasn't sure what to think. A very well-written story that may, or may not be also a very malicious one. Or maybe just a genuinely brave and creative attempt to push the boundaries of racial stereotypes in erotic literature? I truly don't know the answer to that
