This was nearly impeccably written. "Paw-paw" got a little redundant (I don't think she'd say it that often, to be honest. Think about how often you use someone's name when you're the only two there.) But that's easily ignored, especially when the premise, pacing, plotting, people are all spot on. The most impressive thing is your command of the language. I only noticed one misspelled word, and that wasn't until page... 6, I think it was. (Breath when you meant breathe.)
