At its core, regardless of the domination and sadism you've included, this scene describes sexual assault. It'd be great if you could move this story to the Nonconsensual forum.

I enjoyed the story. I have worked on Dell's help desk so I can relate to both characters. A spanking is not sexual assualt. It can be discipline or if carried too far, abuse. A spanking can also be a part of BDSM play, in which it becomes sexual but is also consensual as part of the play. Regardless what the courts or the closed-minded religious nut think, a spanking is neither sexual nor assualt. Besides, this story is a work of fiction, so who gives a shit whether or not it sexual assault?
