Glad I didn't have to deal with the cliffhanger for chapter 2. That would have been brutal. I already know bad stories about giant wasps, didn't need to add my imagination to think of gnarly stuff.

Overall, nice, short, pleasant. Love the confidence and high understanding of psychology (among other subjects) Mattias has. He seems like he'll be an outstanding father. Knowing when to say no, when to indulge someone, and in general what's best for another on occasion. Not saying he's perfect, but considering he's a drider from another universe, its quite possible he is perfect. Good for him.
