I suspect you are baiting the audience. If you think this is good writing, you might consider taking lessons. Exaggeration of a character can be affective but this wife is impossible to believe and that ruins the story and is not funny or ironic. And as usual your male characters are pathetic and stupid. I would trash this story and try something different.

For a story to work, it has to be somewhat realistic, this falls well short of that, why she bothered to get married is a complete mystery. She has no respect for her husband, certainly no love.

So other than the rather silly storyline, the excessive use of superlatives and colloquialisms became somewhat of an annoyance. It seems you wanted to come off as "folksy", but rather it felt catty and she seemed overtly arrogant.
