I don’t like all the repeated references to “fake tits,” “fake lips,” etc. I assume that these body modifications were done to enhance Tabitha’s beauty and sex appeal, and frankly, send a message that she is a slut and whore who wants to fuck. If the various surgeries were competently performed, the modified body may not not look an entirely natural, but would be very sexy: Big tits that demanded to be played with and licked, with hard nipples to suck, filled cock-sucking lips, and big asses. Men would not be thinking “fake,” they would be thinking “I want to fuck this gorgeous sexy whore with the fat lips and big tits.”

Wonderfully written and extremely erotic. Hugely imaginative erotic fantasy. This was not a reluctant “loving wife,” but a slut and whore just waiting to be unwrapped and turned loose. Love it.
