Unlikely that a young man has such control or such a landlady, but the story is written well in flowing properly spelled English. Very refreshing. Good read.

Sometimes crazy hookups happen! If his mom has toys at his place she would be the next in the three way - maybe four way. Like the sex as was written. No groaning and moaning. Nice plot twist to get Emily to join and take care of her dormant needs. Need at least a second story. PS: the sister’s name changed at the end of the story. Be careful of that in next story. Keep submitting!
