As they backed up trying to see what I'd do, I fired 2 shots. One went straight through Kelly's left eye splattering her blood all over Dan. and the second bullet went through the top of my own skull.

We'll finish our fight in hell, bitch, I thought, as I fell to the floor in a rapidly widening pool of blood.

kind of feel bad about that character offing herself. she didn't seem that crazy, heartbroken yes, but I'd think they would have some kind of warning via an exit psyche evaluation.

The ending was super crazy. Can't see firearms being handled so cavalierly in a federal agency, guess she's like Jason Bourne... but instead of memorizing license plates of vehicles parked outside a diner she sucks dick in an alley.

Interesting premise, and the execution was pretty good. But the abrupt ending with no more information dropped a four stars tale to three. We will now see what your alternate ending, or whatever you published, is about.

Okay, so after reading this story, I went and read "Two of a Kind" by the same author and I just got to the part where Dan shows up in that story and we find out... Meg lived. There's evidently some sort of story here, did Stang write it down or not? I'm dying to know.

The ending was too abrupt, it needed to switch to Dan's pov and the aftermath. Dropped this story from a 4 to a 3 and only because the premise was somewhat interesting.
