Walt's Gift Ch. 02

I believed things would get better once they got used to me. I was wrong.

When I miscarried Sven was very attentive. He drove me to the hospital and stayed with me all night. I needed a D&C and he paid for everything. When I got home from the hospital neither Sven or the boys had done anything! Sven hadn't even cleaned the seat of the truck where I had bled. He just tossed a cloth over it.

Your gift woke me up! I left Sven that day. I got my old job back at Cabela and my old apartment. Thanks.

I handed Inga the letter and she read it. She smiled in a few places. She crawled into my lap and kissed me. One turned into many. We spent part of that afternoon on our bed in my apartment. We were joined by Maria and later by Krystn.

Before my Dad died I had loved one woman romantically. I married her and loved her for the rest of her life. Dad taught me, by example, to love without the limits of marriage or numbers. He gave me five beautiful women to love. There are now six. I love them all.
